Beyond Your Kreation Studio

By purchasing from Beyond Your Kreation Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Handmade Products

All products are handmade and/or custom-made. Slight variations in color, engraving, placement, sizing, and design may occur. These variations are normal and make each item unique.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for verifying all personalization details, including names, dates, colors, and spelling before submitting an order. Beyond Your Kreation Studio is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

Processing Times

Processing times vary by product and are estimated timeframes only. Shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging for review.

Product Care Instructions

Laser Engraved Tumblers

Hand washing is strongly recommended.
Do not use abrasive scrubbers, steel wool, or harsh chemicals.
Avoid prolonged soaking.
Do not microwave stainless steel tumblers.
Inspect your tumbler before use and discontinue use if damaged.

Sublimation Tumblers

Hand washing is recommended to preserve image quality.
Avoid extreme heat exposure.
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers.
Do not microwave stainless steel tumblers.

Apparel (Shirts & Sweaters)

Wash inside out with cold water.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do not bleach.
Do not iron directly on the design.

Hats

Spot clean only when possible.
Do not machine wash unless otherwise specified.
Air dry only.

Laser Engraving Disclaimer

Laser engraving removes the outer coating of the product to reveal the metal underneath. Slight differences in engraving appearance may occur due to variations in manufacturing, coating thickness, and material composition.

Color Disclaimer

Actual colors may vary slightly from photos due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, photography, and screen displays.

Food & Beverage Disclaimer

Our tumblers and drinkware products are intended for normal beverage use only.

Customers should inspect products before use and discontinue use if any cracks, chips, damage, or defects are present.

Limitation of Liability

Beyond Your Kreation Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, handling, or inability to use any product purchased from our shop.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, graphics, logos, and content created by Beyond Your Kreation Studio remain the intellectual property of Beyond Your Kreation Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
