Beyond Your Kreation Studio Return & Refund Policy

Because all items are custom made, personalized, or made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been started or processed.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and order information.

We will review the issue and determine if a replacement or correction is needed. Damage claims after 3 days may not be accepted.

Please note: Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting, and handmade/custom design variations.
